It is much more than a step counter!Īnd don’t forget: if you have your phone in your backpack, purse or on your desk, the app won’t be able to properly track all your activity. Remember, the app is designed to help you reach your goals, track your progress and meet national physical activity guidelines (adults require 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week). Meaning, you must hit 100 steps or more per minute to equal one ‘active’ minute which counts towards your weekly goal. You didn’t think we were just going to give away steps, did you?
